The Color in Life

I saw a small group of children playing with these colored streamers, running around and chasing each other, and I couldn't resist snapping a few pictures. It was such a happy sight.

@Dimitrios: Thanks! The way I did it was to put a B&W layer of the picture on top of the original colored version, then erase the part of the B&W picture that I wanted colored. The bottom layer shows through, and voila! The magic wand can help for erasing large, similarily colored areas. I'm not sure if there's a more "official" way to do it, and my way only works if part you want in color is fairly simple in shape, or it gets too complicated to erase. Still, it's easy and quick to do. Hope that helps!
